Cisco VCS 8.1 update now enables Integration with Lync 2013 in HD.

In this post, Some Important Notes on Cisco VCS and Lync 2010 Integration (https://refikunver.wordpress.com/2013/07/19/some-important-notes-on-cisco-vcs-and-lync-2010-integration/)

I mentioned that VCS did not support Lync 2013. Because VCS was not supporting codec H.264 AVC (used by Lync 2013 Client) That is why I ıntegrated with Lync 2010.

But Cisco released 8.1 and now supports H.264 AVC that means supports Lync 2013.

I will test Lync 2013 and Cisco VCS 8.1 integration by upgrading VCS and post. (new options keys needed)

Stay Tuned.
